You will handle high-volume moderation, document decisions, escalate complex cases to Legal & Safety, and collaborate to improve workflows. A strong command of English, attention to detail, and sound judgment are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent English comprehension including slang, context, nuance and intent.
• Experience moderating user-generated content for online platforms.
• Ability to handle high-volume moderation queues.

Aufgaben

• Review and approve or reject user-generated content in line with platform policies.
• Identify inappropriate, prohibited or potentially harmful material.
• Apply moderation guidelines consistently, including when handling ambiguous or borderline content.
• Document moderation decisions accurately and escalate complex cases.
• Investigate content flagged by automated detection systems.
• Review internal AI-generated content, AI characters, datasets and workflows for safety and compliance.
• Categorise and tag content to maintain appropriate platform visibility.
• Maintain high accuracy, consistency and productivity across substantial moderation volumes.
• Collaborate with senior moderators and the Legal & Safety team to improve workflows and enforcement standards.
