Job summary

KL Software Technologies (KLST) is seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Executive for full-time remote work from anywhere in India. The role focuses on creating digital content (video, graphics, copy) and managing paid campaigns to boost brand visibility and qualified pipeline.

You will own content calendars, run campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and YouTube, and use AI-powered creativity to scale output while preserving brand voice.

Qualifications

• Hands-on content creation for B2B brands with measurable engagement and leads.
• Experience building and optimizing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta with CPL/CTR metrics.
• Strong video, graphic design, and copywriting skills with a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Create digital content across platforms: short-form video, reels, carousels, static creatives, blogs.
• Own monthly content calendar aligned to launches, webinars, and events.
• Build and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta with targeting, bidding, and budgets.
• Run A/B tests to improve CTR, CPL, and conversions; track spend and report ROI.
• Set up attribution: UTMs, GA4, GTM, LinkedIn/Meta tags; integrate with CRM.
