Cloudstaff is seeking a creative Social Media Content Specialist to provide offshore marketing support for Australia and the UK. You will develop monthly content calendars, create short-form videos, and ensure content is tailored to each platform.

The role requires 2–4+ years in social media/digital marketing, strong English writing, and hands-on editing skills using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Remote collaboration with an international team is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Strong written English and creative skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines and work with remote teams.
• Experience with content calendars and platform-specific content; ability to repurpose assets into multiple formats.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage rolling monthly content calendars for multiple markets (Australia and UK).
• Plan content around product launches, seasonal campaigns, styling content, and brand storytelling.
• Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, clicks) and adjust content strategy accordingly.
• Adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Email to maximize platform effectiveness.
• Produce and edit short-form video content (Reels, short clips) and multi-format assets.
• Support campaigns, events, and influencer collaborations with timely content and assets.
