Job summary

MCI is seeking a goal-oriented Contact Center Sales Representative to engage with customers, promote tailored solutions, and close sales while delivering outstanding experiences. The role emphasizes effective communication, adherence to scripts, and collaboration with the team.

Ideal candidates are motivated, with 1–2 years in sales, fluent in English and Spanish, and capable of meeting tight targets in a dynamic BPO environment in Manila, PH.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in a contact center or telesales environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Present and promote products or services aligned with customer needs.
• Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow scripts and compliance guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve strategies.
