Job summary

Multiplymii LLC in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the company Controller with accounting tasks and review Bookkeepers' work. You will drive weekly and monthly processes, focusing on WIP reporting, job costing, revenue recognition, and construction-industry specifics.

This role leads a team of Bookkeepers, with heavy emphasis on analytics and reporting. You'll manage month-end close, client billing, A/P, A/R, and payroll, ensuring accurate financials and timely closes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience with emphasis on cost accounting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP accounting methods.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace.
• Advanced balance sheet and strong Excel/GSheets skills.
• Experience leading a team of bookkeepers.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level accounting support and review bookkeeping work.
• Manage month-end close, client invoicing, and project costs.
• Lead project financial closeout with project teams.
• Oversee AP, AR, and payroll processes.
• Ensure accurate P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
• Maintain client financials and contribute to finance infra.
