You will interact with internal and external customers, maintaining professionalism and problem-solving focus. The role requires accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to work night shifts with rotating schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (2 years in college accepted).
• Minimum 2 years BPO or call center experience.
• Exceptional customer service with keen attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge.
• High level of detail orientation and multi-tasking ability.
• Highly flexible and self-motivated.

Responsibilities
