Job summary

You will support brokers, monitor document expiry, answer inquiries promptly, and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian mortgage/asset finance
• File audit/compliance review experience
• Strong attention to detail and document verification
• Excellent English communication and fast responsiveness
• Independent, professional and accountable working style

Responsibilities

• Conduct broker and loan file audits and compliance reviews
• Check files for completeness, accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Identify missing, expired or inconsistent documents and compliance issues
• Follow up brokers on outstanding requirements
• Maintain audit records, compliance registers and reports
• Support broker onboarding, document verification and accreditation
• Monitor ongoing broker compliance and document expiry dates
• Assist brokers with operational and accreditation enquiries
• Keep broker records accurate across internal systems
• Manage Oxcel Finance live chat and respond promptly to enquiries
• Monitor and respond quickly to Google Chat and work emails
• Escalate compliance, technical or broker matters where required
• Take ownership of enquiries through to resolution
