Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Compliance Analyst to perform customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks across Australian entity types to satisfy AUSTRAC requirements. This is a work-from-home, day-shift role.

You will analyze customer KYC data, conduct risk analysis, and perform deep-dive investigations. You will also screen for PEPs, sanctions and adverse media, and liaise with customers to collect verification documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Payments sectors.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and financial crime prevention.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
