Global Payments Inc. is seeking a dedicated IT compliance professional to help manage PCI DSS programs and align with regulatory needs. You will coordinate with IT, Security, Operations, Product, and Engineering to collect evidence, monitor controls, and prepare audits and reports.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, documentation, and readiness for evolving PCI DSS updates, with a focus on maintaining robust compliance across business units in a global payments environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information security, Cybersecurity, IT, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years of experience in IT, security, risk, compliance, or audit (internships or academic projects acceptable).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• PCI Compliance Program Support: Execute day-to-day activities that support the organization’s PCI DSS compliance program.
• Control Validation & Monitoring: Perform control checks and validation activities aligned with PCI controls.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams to collect evidence and resolve compliance issues.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain repository of PCI Compliance evidence and assist in reports.
• Continuous Improvement & Readiness: Contribute to initiatives to enhance automation and transition to proactive risk management.
