Qualifications

4+ years in Compliance, Information Security, or Risk Management.
Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI.
Strong risk assessment and control mapping capabilities.
Hands-on audit support and governance documentation.
Proficiency with regulatory requirements across industries.
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies aligned with SOC2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
Conduct risk assessments and control mapping to identify vulnerabilities.
Manage end-to-end audit processes with internal and external auditors.
Monitor evolving laws and update procedures and mitigation strategies.
Collaborate across teams to enforce security controls and promote compliance culture.
Develop and report KPIs to leadership on compliance posture.
