Job summary

Umpisa Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst to safeguard the organization by ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies across our operations in the Philippines and regional activities.

The role involves monitoring compliance activities, conducting research, reviewing documents, and supporting the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs for staff and management. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, or quality assurance is advantageous.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments to identify gaps and improvement areas.
• Review, validate, and maintain compliance-related documents, reports, and records.
• Research regulatory requirements and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and monitoring reports.
• Investigate potential issues and assist in corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to standards.
• Prepare compliance reports and present findings to management.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections as needed.
• Monitor completion of compliance training and promote awareness of policies.
