Job summary

Wealth Creators LLC is seeking a part-time, remote Skool Community Growth & Monetization Manager for The Credit Lounge. You will drive growth and monetization of a paid online community, attracting qualified members and increasing engagement, retention, and conversions to paid memberships.

Independent contributors with experience on Skool, Circle, Mighty Networks, or similar platforms are preferred. You will collaborate with a US Central Time team to map onboarding, campaigns, and

Qualifications

Experience growing and monetizing a paid online community.
Experience with onboarding, email follow-ups, retention and reactivation.
Ability to explain personal contribution to measurable membership and revenue growth.
Strong written communication, organization and independent execution.
Availability for collaboration hours with a US Central Time team.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a growth strategy for free and paid memberships.
Improve member onboarding, participation and retention.
Plan discussions, challenges, events, and member engagement campaigns.
Build the journey from new member to paying member.
Coordinate with content and marketing teams on community promotions.
Track member growth, conversions, recurring revenue and cancellations.
Provide weekly reports outlining results and next steps.
