• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media or community presence professionally.
• Proven experience operating on LinkedIn, Reddit, and X with a clear understanding of how each platform works and what performs.
• Tech-friendly: comfortable with scheduling tools and analytics dashboards.
• Strong written communication - clear, audience-aware, and direct.
• Self-directed and accountable: manages workload and deadlines without daily check-ins.
• Curious and current - tracks platform updates and applies learnings.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage LeadAdvisors' active presence on LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and other relevant forums and communities.
• Engage in threads, comment sections, and discussions – participate in conversations.
• Monitor brand mentions and industry keywords and surface opportunities.
• Respond to comments and DMs in a tone that reflects the brand: direct and credible.
