Job summary

Wingman Group PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Commercial Credit Analyst to manage end-to-end lending applications for Australian mortgage and commercial finance borrowers. The role focuses on complex structures, self-employed borrowers, and ensuring smooth progression to settlement.

You will assess financial statements, coordinate with lenders and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with Australian lending standards while maintaining high accuracy and timely updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Australian mortgage/commercial lending or loan processing.
• Understanding of Australian mortgage and commercial lending processes.
• Experience handling commercial or complex loan applications.
• Strong experience with self-employed borrowers.
• Ability to review company, trust, partnership and individual financial statements.
• Knowledge of Australian lender policies and credit requirements.
• Experience preparing loan submissions and supporting documentation.
• Attention to detail and document accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and complex loan applications from assessment to settlement.
• Review borrower financial information for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships.
• Assess income, assets, liabilities and overall financial position.
• Assist with loan structuring and suitable lending solutions.
• Prepare and submit accurate loan applications and credit submissions.
• Review lender policies and determine documentation and eligibility.
• Conduct preliminary serviceability and credit assessments.
• Collect, verify and organise supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with broker, client, accountant and others to resolve issues.
• Liaise with lenders, BDMs, credit teams, accountants, brokers, solicitors and clients.
• Manage lender conditions, outstanding requirements and follow-ups.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to the broker.
• Maintain records within the CRM/loan processing system.
• Ensure compliance with Australian lending requirements.
• Assist with settlement preparation and complete outstanding requirements.
• Handle multiple applications with deadlines and high accuracy.
