Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a Collections Specialist to optimise cash flow by managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring timely collections in line with terms. You will collaborate with Sales, Billing, Revenue and Finance to support a seamless Order-to-Cash process on a global scale.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to resolving payment issues and improving recovery performance within a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable Collections in a high-volume global environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage high-volume, multi-currency customer ledger and collect in line with payment terms.
• Build relationships with internal/external customers while enforcing contractual terms.
• Recover overdue debt by engaging with customers to resolve delays and queries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, Revenue, and Finance to ensure end-to-end Order-to-Cash efficiency.
