Job summary

Globaltize is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer & CAD Designer to own the digital production workflow for a fast-paced manufacturing operation serving U.S. projects. Strong hands-on experience in CNC programming, CAD/CAM, AlphaCAM, and manufacturing environments will help optimize production and resolve technical challenges.

The role supports remote work and requires professional English communication, independence, and meticulous attention to detail in a high-value fabrication setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming and CAD/CAM experience.
• Experience with AlphaCAM.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Process 3D laser scans and create production-ready files.
• Develop CAD layouts and optimize nesting to maximize material utilization.
• Prepare fabrication files and machining instructions for production.
• Review technical drawings and CNC programs to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and production teams to resolve technical issues.
