Job summary

Tech Sales Jobs is seeking a Client Account Manager for a fully remote, independent contractor role, supporting a fast-growing U.S.-based tax accounting firm. The position centers on client delivery, onboarding, and process optimization during US business hours.

Strong English writing and detail orientation are essential. You will assemble tax packets, triage client requests, and collaborate with service teams to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CX, operations, account management, or white-glove customer support (U.S. clients/startups preferred).
• 1+ year in accounting, finance, banking, or tax prep (or supporting these industries).
• Strong English proficiency (C2+), excellent writing.
• Self-starter, process-oriented, detail-focused, and highly organized.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, independent, proactive.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, task boards, AI tools; experience with ticketing systems (Pylon preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably with honors).

Responsibilities

• Assemble and upload finalized tax packets, cover letters, and compliance documents.
• Track submissions, maintain organized deliverables, and follow QA steps.
• Support entity workflows (state registrations/dissolutions).
• Coordinate onboarding steps, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Support ticketing/customer support tools and work with engineering to enhance client systems.
