Job summary

Winning Assistants is seeking a Client Intake & Customer Support Virtual Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and top-tier service. This remote, full-time role follows a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EDT schedule, Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $5-$6 per hour depending on experience; preferred candidate location is the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with professional communication.
• Prior remote customer service or VA experience.
• HIPAA compliance training or certification is required.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering inbound client calls professionally.
• Respond to general client inquiries regarding services and timelines.
• Verify client information before processing requests.
• Create and organize client folders in the CRM portal.
• Document client interactions accurately and maintain records.
• Escalate complex questions to management when appropriate.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance while handling confidential information.
• Submit end-of-day reports detailing completed work and pending items.
