Job summary

Winning Assistants is seeking a healthcare professional to support U.S. clients from the Philippines. The role covers prior authorizations, referrals, insurance verification, and patient communications, using our web-based EHR and arranging appointments.

Ideal candidates are RN or MA, with HIPAA awareness, English proficiency, and experience with referrals and insurance workflows. You’ll work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PDT, with a laptop, reliable internet, and camera for video meetings.

Qualifications

Healthcare professional with clinical experience (RN or MA).
Fluent clear English, written and spoken.
Experience with prior authorizations, referrals, and insurance verification.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

Submit, track, and follow up on insurance prior authorization requests.
Process and send referrals to specialists and facilities, coordinating scheduling.
Answer patient calls, return callbacks, and handle appointment-related inquiries.
Process electronic medication refill requests.
Schedule and reschedule patient appointments and send reminders.
Verify insurance eligibility and manage related documents and faxes.
