Clark Outsourcing is seeking an Assistant Manager (Accounting) to lead client accounting for multiple businesses from our Clark, Pampanga site. This on-site role emphasizes advisory work, regular client meetings, and helping owners understand financial data to drive decisions.

You will supervise bookkeeping in QuickBooks, perform reconciliations, support budgeting and job costing, and guide the team on accounting best practices.

Qualifications

• Meet deadlines and manage multiple client needs.
• Ability to explain financial data in clear terms for clients.
• Willingness to engage in advisory conversations with clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients regularly to review financials and provide advisory insights.
• Help clients understand financial statements, job costing, cash flow, and performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and guide clients toward solutions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and high-level cleanup work.
• Oversee bookkeeping in QuickBooks including reconciliations.
• Assist with job costing, AP/AR, revenue recognition, and CFO-level support.
• Foster smooth communication between clients and accounting team.
• Train staff on accounting practices and client needs.
