Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Cash Application Analyst I to join our remote night-shift team. You will process and post payments from ACH, wire, checks, and other channels into the ERP, and you will research discrepancies and balance daily cash records.

The role requires 1+ year in cash application or AR, plus strong Excel skills and an understanding of AR mechanics. We offer healthcare on day one, performance bonuses, and a culture that supports growth and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct cash application or AR experience.
• Strong AR knowledge (invoices, debits, credits, unapplied cash).
• Excel proficiency with basic formulas and lookups.
• Ability to trace discrepancies and reconcile remittances.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Process and post payments from multiple channels into the ERP.
• Investigate unapplied, short-paid, or misapplied cash entries.
• Perform daily cash balancing and routine adjustments.
• Ensure SOX compliance and maintain audit readiness.
• Respond to Billing, Collections, and Finance queries within SLA.
• Support month-end close reconciliation and provide backup AR support.
