Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Cash Application Specialist to join our onsite night-shift team at Two - Ecom Center, Pasay City. The role handles high-volume daily payments (ACH, wires, checks, cards) and matches remittances to invoices, while reconciling postings and AR subledgers.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Credit & Collections, and regional finance to optimize cash workflows, support month-end close, and strengthen internal controls in a multi-currency

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• 2–5 years in AR, cash application, or general accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/NetSuite).
• Ability to meet monthly close schedules and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume daily customer payments and match to invoices.
• Reconcile cash postings, bank deposits, and AR subledgers.
• Research unapplied or misapplied cash with teams and customers.
• Support month-end closing and audit-ready records.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Credit & Collections, and regional finance.
