You will partner with U.S. stakeholders, identify process gaps, coach staff, onboard new hires, and implement improvements that scale with business growth while maintaining high-quality records and compliance.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years in operations, case management, healthcare admin, or related field.
• At least 1 year leading or mentoring a team.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily progress of active cases on the client case management platform.
• Monitor timelines and address bottlenecks to protect turnaround times.
• Collaborate with Case Managers to ensure tasks are on schedule.
• Coordinate with US-based stakeholders as primary liaison.
• Audit documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Generate reports and share updates with leadership.
