Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Process Innovation: refine workflows and integrate AI tools for tracking and coordination.
• Demand And Priority Management: filter inbound requests and decide what reaches the Head of Firm Management.
• Leadership Operating Rhythm: run planning cycles, leadership meetings and cadence.
• Decision Support: prepare concise briefings and status summaries for quick executive action.
• Stakeholder Management: coordinate with partners, senior lawyers and business services.
• Execution Ownership: own initiatives end-to-end and report outcomes.
• Risk Mitigation: identify gaps and delays and resolve them proactively.
