Job summary

Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with a global pharmaceutical company. You will translate business needs into technical Vault/Veeva solutions, manage incidents, and train Spain users while coordinating with Corporate teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in business analysis, strong English, and experience with SQL, Salesforce, and Veeva Vault in a multinational, remote-friendly Spain context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in business analysis and technical support within IT.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and Veeva Vault platform a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as OPU Champion in Spain for Vault MLR issues and coordinate with Compliance Medicine.
• Provide Vault MLR training for Spain users and manage Vault releases.
• Handle incident management for Vault and oversee Vault Spain user base.
