Job summary

Omega CRM Consulting, part of the Dentsu group, is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company. Remote – Spain based, you will bridge Corporate and Spain teams on Vault MLR issues and Veeva Vault operations.

You will need 3+ years in business analysis with IT support, strong English, and hands-on experience with SQL and Salesforce tools. This role offers a permanent contract, flexible schedule, and home office options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business analysis and IT support within IT environments.
• Client-facing experience translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong SQL, Salesforce Inspector, and advanced Excel.
• Solid knowledge of process and procedure management with Agile experience.
• Pharma industry background.
• Fluent in English (C1+).

Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as OPU Champion in Spain for Vault MLR issues.
• Serve as Veeva Vault Corporate Representative in Spain.
• Handle incident management for Vault.
• Oversee management of Vault Spain users.
• Manage new Vault releases and demands.
• Manage Corporate Vault requirements and actions requested by Corporate Vault.
• Communicate Vault MLR bridge between Corporate and Spain users.
• Provide training to local Spain users on new releases.
• Manage Spain Vault MLR teams.
• Coordinate with Compliance Medicine on Vault MLR topics.
• Provide Veeva CRM support, including survey management.
• Manage technical incidents at the DataSteward level.
• Manage local BIConnection tool.
• Manage and participate in Business Solutions projects.

Requirements

• +3 years of proven experience in business Analysis and technical support within IT environments.
• Client-Facing & Interlocution: Proven experience in client-facing roles, acting as a key point of contact to translate business requirements into technical solutions and bridge communication between Corporate entities and local business teams.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Salesforce Inspector, and advanced Excel.
• Process & Frameworks: Solid knowledge of process and procedure management, alongside practical experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Industry Experience: Proven background and domain knowledge within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teamwork, manage conflict and priorities, adapt to change with an innovative mindset, and thrive in international environments.
• Languages: Advanced English proficiency (C1 level minimum), both written and spoken.

Desirable / Value-Add Skills (Pluses)

• Salesforce & Veeva Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and Veeva Vault platform is a strong plus; experience with other Salesforce Clouds is highly welcome.
• ITSM Tools: General knowledge or familiarity with ServiceNow (specifically Boehringer environment).
