The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong communication, and cross-functional coordination in a software/tech environment. Remote setup with night shift is available.

Qualifications

3–6 years of Business Analysis, Product, or related roles.
Experience documenting business processes and workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in software or technology-driven environments.

Responsibilities

Analyze current processes and map user workflows.
Define functional specifications from business inputs.
Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Engineering, and stakeholders.
Create process maps, user flows, and system diagrams.
Validate requirements with stakeholders and maintain docs.
Bridge business needs with product delivery and testing.
