Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL is seeking a Business Analyst to map current processes, define system functionality, and translate business needs into actionable requirements for product teams. You will work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX, Engineering, and stakeholders to reduce ambiguity and improve user experience.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, documentation, and continuous process improvement, with a Night Shift schedule and remote setup.

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product, or related roles.
Experience documenting business processes and workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Experience working in a software or technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze current business processes and map user workflows.
Document current-state business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Create clear process maps, user flows, and system diagrams.
Validate process understanding with stakeholders across the organization.
Work with Product Managers and Engineering to clarify requirements during development.
