Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience across industries.
• Strong IT knowledge and technical proficiency.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems, particularly Xero and Dext.

Responsibilities

• Prepare email queries and respond to client inquiries.
• Perform data entry, including the upload and processing of accounts payable.
• Reconcile accounts and bank statements.
• Complete GST reconciliations and lodge BAS.
• Prepare month-end accounts, including journals and workpapers.
• Provide team managers with reconciled financial statements and management reports.
• Complete various ad hoc projects and tasks to support client needs.
