Job summary

Atoms is seeking a BIM Associate I to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will support architectural/engineering projects by creating onboarding permit drawings, working with Revit models, and assisting in schematic and tender design tasks.

The role requires Revit proficiency, AutoCAD/SketchUp skills, and BIM workflow experience. You will contribute to model coordination, generate sales-ready plans, and assist in building systems integration from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or related field is required.
• Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling and families) is essential.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is expected.
• Experience with BIM workflows in architecture or engineering projects is desirable.
• Familiarity with building information modeling standards and design coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Onboarding permit drawings (light, permit, enterprise).
• Assist with schematic design and tender package creation.
• Convert point clouds into Revit models and support with sales plans.
• Model Revit families and assist in basic building systems coordination.
• Produce graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts.
• Provide testfit design support as needed.
