Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (professional degree preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experience in BIM workflows on architecture or engineering projects.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with construction docs and design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Onboarding permit drawings (light, permit, enterprise).
• Assist with schematic design and tender package creation.
• Convert point clouds into Revit models and support with sales plans.
• Model Revit families and assist in basic building systems coordination.
• Produce graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts.
• Provide testfit design support as needed.
