Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented billing coordinator to support freight accounting. You will generate invoices, verify paperwork, post payments, and help resolve billing discrepancies with brokers and shippers.

This homebased role follows a Monday to Friday 8am–5pm PHT schedule; a minimum 20 Mbps internet connection is required. A background check will be conducted for all hires as part of the recruitment process. Join a growing team of over 1000 professionals.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Generation: Create and issue accurate freight bills based on rate confirmation sheets and contracts.
• Paperwork Verification: Review driver trip sheets, Bills of Lading (BOL), and proof of delivery (POD) documents for accuracy.
• Payment Posting: Record incoming payments from customers and third-party freight brokers into the accounting system.
• Collections & Disputes: Follow up on past-due accounts and resolve billing discrepancies with brokers or shippers.
• Driver Coordination: Work closely with drivers and dispatchers to missing paperwork required for immediate billing.
