Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Manila, Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Data/Rate Data Processor to support invoicing, tariffs, and rate management. You will ensure approvals, monitor billing accuracy, and provide timely reports of jobs done while coordinating with sales, OPS, and counterparts to ensure smooth transactions.

The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting background, familiarity with MS Office, basic accounting, and comfort with numbers, plus knowledge of Incoterms and strong analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Admin/Customs or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications.
• Familiar with basic accounting.
• Preferably 6 months to 1 year working experience in financial/accounting position / Intl Freight Forwarding / Customs Brokerage Operations.
• Computer familiar.
• Comfortable with numbers.
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
• Has good organization and planning capability.
• Familiar with Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ApprovedQuotation, OSG, DebitNote, SOP are in place.
• Responsible for all invoicing or every activity performed.
• Ensure accuracy of billed costs and selling items.
• Report/Monitor Low Yield Account, of Negative GM.
• Coordinates with sales, counterparts, and OPS for the scope of work required for each transaction.
• Provide timely report of jobs done.
• Ensure completeness of documentation and invoices from suppliers and counterparts.
• Monitor every stage of the invoicing process in corresponding report.
• Monitors dispatching and collection speed.
