• Proficiency with PDF documents, email, spreadsheets, and web-based business systems.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and match to orders.
• Post UPS freight charges to the correct orders and review billing.
• Review orders ready to bill and ensure all costs and documents are included.
• Escalate issues with missing or conflicting information.
• Generate and distribute weekly reports and track outstanding items.
