Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Utility Billing Analyst for a remote night-shift role. You will manage utility invoices, monitor payments, maintain accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies while collaborating with Property Management and Accounting teams.

Requirements include 3+ years in utility billing, advanced Excel, and English communication. Experience with Yardi/NetSuite/Conservice is preferred; remote night shift is allowed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in utility billing or a related finance role.
• Experience in US multifamily property management or affordable housing is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to audit invoices.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process utility invoices accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with utility providers and vendors on billing and payments.
• Maintain utility account records and support transfers.
• Reconcile expenses and payments with accounting records.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and late fees.
• Prepare expense reports and financial documentation.
• Support resident billing and cost recovery for vacant units.
• Collaborate with Property Management and Accounting to improve processes.
