Emapta is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to improve data quality, reporting, and decision-making for a passenger transport and tourism enterprise. This international opportunity offers daytime hours, permanent work-from-home flexibility, mentorship, and a path to a global career.

The role operates within the Data & Analytics team and Technology department, leveraging Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake exposure, with a strong emphasis on data modeling, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data or analytics in a corporate environment, preferably in passenger transport, tourism, or corporate finance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Exposure to the Snowflake data platform preferred.

Responsabilités

• Strategy and Planning: Align work with the Data & Analytics and Technology department goals.
• Development and Systems Management: Identify data sources, ingest data, and design data models for end users.
• Create, maintain, and review reports and dashboards for operational staff, project teams, and senior management.
• Write and maintain documentation including user requirements, guides, and technical specs.
• Team and Culture: Follow data processes and participate in reviews for QA and learning.
• Operational Excellence: Improve data quality, remediation where needed, and prioritize work.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business needs into data requirements and support end users.
