Qualifications

• Fluent spoken English is essential in an international team.
• Strong backend experience with Python and Django in production systems.
• Solid understanding of domain modelling and software architecture.
• Experience designing and integrating GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Proven ability to write robust, fault-tolerant, scalable software.
• Experience with Celery and asynchronous task processing.
• Relational database proficiency with PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate internationally with Octopus Energy ES and global teams to add features for websites and apps.
• Own key product modules like private area, billing, and onboarding optimization.
• Deliver code with fast feedback cycles in a dynamic environment.
