Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager (Managerial) for a remote work arrangement with night shifts. You will drive customer advocacy and lead campaigns, turning customer stories into compelling assets in collaboration with Success, Product Marketing, and Sales teams.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, hands-on campaign execution, and experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in customer marketing and advocacy in a B2B SaaS setting.
Hands-on background in customer marketing, lifecycle programs, advocacy initiatives, or campaign execution.
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, BrightTalk webinar platform.
Strong communication abilities and ability to work cross-functionally.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Expand Mend.ios presence on platforms like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights through outreach programs.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Marketing to turn customer stories into campaigns and assets.
Manage recurring customer-facing programs such as monthly webinars, including promotions and follow-up workflows.
Oversee planning, timelines, QA processes, and campaign analytics to ensure high-quality execution.
Use data to refine messaging, targeting, and program effectiveness.
