Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations or marketing automation.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot Professional experience: CMS pages, forms, workflows and reporting.
• Email marketing and nurture sequence experience.
• Experience managing organic B2B social media, especially LinkedIn for company pages.
• GA4 reporting, conversion tracking and campaign attribution.
• Basic HTML/CSS and SEO fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HubSpot websites and pages; update product/service content.
• Publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
• Build email nurture sequences, workflows and lists in HubSpot.
• Create dashboards and GA4 reports; provide monthly performance summaries.
• Monitor content performance and optimize formats, timing and CTAs.
• Collaborate with designers and sales to hand over qualified leads.
