Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer – Vulnerability Management & Security, based in Europe, with strong coding and security expertise. You will deploy autonomous vulnerability management across high-security environments, work with air‑gapped networks, and coordinate with customer teams and engineering groups.

Qualifications

• Active UK SC/DV, EU Secret, NATO Secret, or equivalent national security clearance.
• Hands-on security responsibilities as a Security/Software/Systems Engineer.
• Ability to read, write, and modify production code in Python, Go, Rust, or C/C++.
• Understanding of vulnerability classes including memory safety, logic flaws, web/network attack surfaces, zero-day dynamics.
• Comfort with Linux, IT/OT environments, VPCs, Docker, Kubernetes, air-gapped networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, integration, and optimization of autonomous security platforms.
• Deploy in sovereign, restricted, air-gapped networks while adapting to customer infrastructure.
• Read and modify production code across Python, Go, Rust, and C/C++ for vulnerability tooling.
• Investigate memory safety, logic flaws, web and network attack surfaces, zero-day vulnerabilities.
• Integrate security into IT/OT environments, VPCs, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Work with customer teams and internal engineering/AI groups to deliver solutions.
• Balance security, customer requirements, and execution speed in high-stakes environments.
• Capture edge cases and feedback to drive internal improvements.
• Own technical outcomes end-to-end in complex deployments.
