Job summary

MG Congressional in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Sales/Outbound Telemarketing professional. You will generate about 10 warm prospects for every prospective sale (Show Up, Test Drive, or Credit Application) and aim for a minimum of 3 unit sales per month, using online sales channels including Autodeal and ZigWheels.

The compensation package includes a Basic Salary, plus SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG benefits, as well as Commission, Volume Incentives and seasonal bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in outbound telemarketing.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.
• Able to write business letters/emails.
• Excellent Customer Service, Interpersonal, and Communication skills.
• Results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Generation of 10 warm prospects (Show UP, and/or Test Drive, and/or Credit Application) for every prospective sale.
• Minimum Sales of 3 units.
• Good grasp of Internet Sales, Autodeal, Zigwheels, and other "New Normal" Sales Strategy.
• We provide a Basic Salary for your sales effort as well as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig. We do not implement an "Allowance Based" Arrangement.
