Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a skilled paraplanner with demonstrated experience in Australian financial planning to join our Manila team. You will craft audit-ready SOAs/ROAs, convert strategy into client-friendly narratives that meet AU compliance, and verify provider disclosures.

You will compare platforms, document fee and feature rationales, and collaborate across advice and operations to support teammates and improve turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Australian financial planning/paraplanning
• Proficiency using financial platforms such as Plutosoft, CRM, Xplan/AdviserLogic/Midwinter; strong Excel/Sheets
• Impeccable data accuracy, file notes, and record-keeping
• Team player: proactive, comfortable making calls, deadline/KPI-reliable
• Nice to have: RG146 (preferred, not required)
• Excellent written English

Responsibilities

• Craft audit-ready SOAs/ROAs with accurate, traceable calcs
• Turn strategy into client-friendly narratives that meet AU compliance & disclosure standards
• Call providers to verify fees/features and capture disclosures precisely
• Compare platforms; document fee/feature/performance rationale
• Collaborate across advice & ops; step in to help teammates and close loops
• Maintain templates/SOPs to lift first-pass rate and reduce TAT
