Your Outdesk Solutions Corp in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Drafting & Design Professional to support core design, planning, and permit workflows for residential and commercial projects.

You will produce accurate working drawings, concept designs, site analyses, and permit documentation, while coordinating with project teams and ensuring alignment with Australian standards. This role supports remote collaboration and modern building design practices.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Drafter or architectural drafting role.
• Advanced CAD and 3D modelling proficiency.
• Familiar with Australian building codes and permit processes.
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Working Drawings & Concept Design
• Prepare accurate working drawings, concept designs, and internal project proposals to meet client specifications and design standards.
• Permit Documentation & Council Liaison
• Compile and submit comprehensive planning permit applications and building permit documentation to support seamless regulatory approvals.
• Site & Environmental Analysis
• Conduct detailed site plan analyses, prepare site investigation reports, and evaluate BAL requirements for project sites.
• Virtual Reality & Marketing Imagery
• Produce high-quality 3D visualisations and VR renders for client presentations and marketing campaigns.
• Ecological Sustainable Design Research
• Research and integrate ESD principles into residential/commercial concepts.
• Document & File Management
• Maintain structured file content management, project calendars, and standard records.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with client relationship managers, production teams, and project leaders.
• Commercial Concept Support
• Generate ad-hoc technical design reports and concepts for commercial opportunities.
