Job summary

Capacita Human Resource Management Consultancy seeks an Associate Director for Operations to provide strategic direction and operational leadership across all functions. The role focuses on building high-performing teams, enhancing processes, and enabling organizational growth.

The position offers ₱200,000–₱400,000 monthly with 100% work-from-home setup and flexible shifting; US healthcare experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership and strategic direction across operational functions.
