Job summary

Lumston seeks an AR Analyst to strengthen cash flow and manage accounts receivable end-to-end. You will analyze revenue, perform AR reconciliations, track aging, and prepare reliable reporting to support strategic decisions.

Based in Guadalajara, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize liquidity, monitor portfolios, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting with advanced Excel and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in Accounting, Finance, AR, or similar corporate roles.
• Strong AR processes including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
• Experience with financial ERPs or accounting software (Odoo, NetSuite, SAP).
• Advanced English (B2 or higher) written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AR processes to ensure timely collections and portfolio health.
• Track outstanding invoices, aging schedules, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Perform routine AR reconciliations and resolve ledger discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer payment records, open balances, and account statuses.
• Assist in developing cash flow projections to optimize liquidity and working capital.
• Analyze revenue, costs, and expenses to identify variances and trends.
• Support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial projections.
