The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in cash application or AR, with familiarity in process-driven operations. Based in Taguig, the position may involve day shifts and occasional weekend work to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent relevant experience
• 2+ years' experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or related finance operations
• Experience in a process-driven operational environment
• Experience partnering with internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level technical support and ensure services availability
• Process cash applications accurately and within timelines
• Meet program KPIs and SLAs to ensure client satisfaction
• Escalate issues per SOPs and coordinate with teams for resolution
• Support risk and control activities within finance operations
