Responsibilities

• Partner with Communications Lead to design and implement the APAC communications plan for FCDO.
• Develop integrated communication strategies based on audience insight and global frameworks.
• Analyze effectiveness and translate findings into improvements.
• Lead training and capability-building initiatives for JLL teams and partners.
• Champion innovations in communication methods and tools.
• Influence stakeholders from frontline teams to senior leaders to adopt evidence-based practices.
• Evaluate how initiatives contribute to account goals and report on progress.
