Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Accounts Payable Specialist to join our U.S.-based Oil & Gas support team. This remote role is based in the Philippines and covers multiple entities, with a work schedule aligned to CST hours.

You will own the end-to-end AP cycle, manage invoice processing in DocuWare and D365, code and reconcile entries, and collaborate with operations, sales, and vendors to ensure accurate billing and timely payments. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred but not required.
• 2–4 years of accounts payable, billing, or AP/AR experience.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own the billing cycle for clients — generate invoices accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with Operations and Sales to resolve billing issues.
• Serve as primary contact for client billing inquiries.
• Post cash receipts and assist with reconciliations.
• Manage the full AP cycle using DocuWare, D365, and ERP tools.
