Job summary

DCX is a home-based accounts payable specialist role in a U.S.-based oil & gas company. You will manage invoicing, AP cycle, vendor relations, and ensure accurate financial records across multiple entities.

Requirements include 2–4 years AP/AR experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with DocuWare/ERP systems. This is a remote, overnight-friendly role from the Philippines with company-provided equipment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience: 2–4 years in accounts payable, billing, or AP/AR roles.
• Language: Strong English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own the billing cycle for Rizon Technologies – generate customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with Operations and Sales to resolve billing discrepancies and PO issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for Rizon client billing inquiries with professional, solutions-oriented responses.
• Monitor the A/R aging report and coordinate with clients to resolve past-due balances.
• Post cash receipts and assist with reconciliation.
