BlueCube is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Analyst located in the Philippines with remote work options. The role focuses on reviewing alerts, assessing customer funds, and making well-reasoned decisions on clearance or escalation.

You will work with FIU, KYC, and EDD teams, using KYT and other analytics tools. The candidate should have 3+ years in AML, strong English, and hands-on experience with monitoring platforms.

Formación

• 3+ years in AML or financial crime operations, including investigations.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to justify reasoning.
• Experience with transaction monitoring tools and case management systems.
• Discretion with confidential information and ability to manage a busy queue.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate AML alerts for fiat and crypto activity across customer histories.
• Analyze deposits, withdrawals, counterparties, and fund flows to detect patterns.
• Assess on-chain exposure using KYT tools and determine escalation needs.
• Write clear escalation narratives including triggers, context, and mitigating factors.
• Escalate to FIU for high-risk cases and maintain accurate case records.
